Shipping policy

We currently only ship within the UK. We use a variety of shipping carriers to ensure timely and secure delivery of your order. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for processing and handling before your order is shipped out.

Shipping rates will be calculated based on the weight and size of your order, as well as your shipping address. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you submit your order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays, damages, or lost packages caused by the shipping carrier. If you experience any issues with your shipment, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

We are not responsible for any customs or import duties that may be charged on international orders.
