Refund policy
Our company offers a comprehensive return policy that allows customers to return any item within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition and returned in its original packaging, including all tags. Any returned item that is damaged, stained, or missing its packaging or tags may be returned to the customer or may be subject to a reduced refund at our discretion.
When returning an item, please clearly state the reason for the return and the desired exchange. We recommend using a shipper that provides tracking or recording services for the return shipment, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered return packages. Customers must track their return shipment to ensure that it arrives safely at our facility. Any item lost in transit without a tracking number will not be eligible for a refund. The cost of shipping the item back to us is the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange or refund within 21 days. We will notify you via email as soon as the process is complete. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
International customers should be aware that any charges or taxes incurred when returning an item will not be refunded. To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original packaging and in resellable condition. Refunds will be authorized only after a thorough inspection of the returned items by our Returns department.
International customers must declare their goods as returns. Failure to do so may result in a fee charged to us by the shipping carrier, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
